NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) works by addressing pain at its source—the motor-control center of the brain. NKT uses manual muscle testing to identify the root cause of pain or discomfort, whether that pain results from injury, overuse, underuse, posture, or poor habits of movement. Most musculoskeletal pain is caused by imbalance—that is, some muscles are overactive while others are underfunctioning or “offline.” NKT practitioners can accurately correct the postural and movement patterns that are the source of muscular and joint pain, which not only relieves the issue but resolves it. This technique can provide solutions for conditions that have not responded to previous treatments. The client stays clothed and is an active participant in both the session and the ongoing home exercises that help reinforce the work accomplished with the practitioner.

We can assess your current fitness level, design an exercise regime just for you—and work with you to ensure that you are exercising safely and efficiently. We also provide one-off personal training sessions to help you develop a new exercise routine or shake up an old one. We can provide fitness and health coaching to get you over the hurdles that prevent you from reaching your goals.
Practitioners can use kinesiology tape to treat injuries and improve sports performance. It works in a variety of ways—to delay fatigue, to help minimize pain, to aid in relieving inflammation, and to offer feedback to the brain that will help with proper form.
